The Service provides a digital platform designed to support and streamline daily eye care practice, including patient management, clinical documentation, optometry resources, and professional communication.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 years and above. Persons under 18 are not permitted to register. Furthermore, the Service and all information provided are not intended for distribution or use in any jurisdiction where such distribution or use would be contrary to local law or regulation. Users accessing the Service from outside Malaysia do so on their own initiative and bear full responsibility for compliance with local laws.

Optom Pro Solutions provides tools for recording, organizing, and displaying clinical information. We do not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment recommendations.
Certain features may display indicators, calculators, or automated flags. These are provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only. Any clinical interpretation, diagnosis, or treatment decision remains the sole responsibility of the qualified healthcare professional using the system. You must not present AI-generated or suggested results as definitive medical diagnoses. The Service must never be relied upon as a substitute for professional clinical judgment.
Intellectual Property Rights
Our Intellectual Property
We are the sole owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in the Service, including all Content and Marks. All Content and Marks are strictly protected under Malaysian copyright and trademark laws and other applicable international intellectual property legislation. The Content and Marks are provided "as is" for Your internal professional or business use only.
Your Limited License to Use
Subject to Your strict compliance with these Legal Terms, We grant You a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access and use the Service for your internal business operations.

Purchases, Payments, and Subscriptions
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Cheque, and Bank Transfer. You agree to provide accurate, current billing information. Prices are stated in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and refuse or cancel orders at Our sole discretion.
Subscriptions & Cancellations
Subscriptions do not automatically renew. You will be contacted via email prior to expiry to confirm renewal. All purchases are completely non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting Us, and the cancellation will take effect at the end of the current subscription term.
Prohibited Activities
As a user of the Service, You agree not to engage in any activity that compromises the integrity, legality, or ethical use of the platform. Strictly prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:
Data Misuse: Storing or transmitting patient information without proper consent, exporting patient data to unauthorized third parties, or accessing records not belonging to Your clinic.
System Abuse: Systematically retrieving data to compile databases, unauthorized framing or linking, or introducing viruses, malware, or excessive spam.
Commercial Misconduct: Using the Service to advertise unrelated goods, selling or transferring Your account, competing with Us, or diverting another user's patient database.
Professional Misconduct: Practicing without a valid professional license, assisting unlicensed personnel, or issuing advice beyond Your legal scope of practice.
Third-Party Websites and Content
The Service may contain links to Third-Party Websites or Third-Party Content. Such content is not monitored or verified by Us for accuracy or appropriateness. If You decide to leave the Service to access Third-Party Websites, You do so entirely at Your own risk. We take no responsibility for purchases made through third-party platforms and You agree to hold Us strictly blameless from any harm or losses sustained as a result of third-party interactions.
Term and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your Account for any reason, at Our sole discretion, without notice, including for any breach of these Legal Terms. If We terminate or suspend Your Account, You are prohibited from registering a new account under Your name or a fake name. We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action, including pursuing civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
Limitations of Liability
The Service is provided on an AS-IS and AS-AVAILABLE basis. You agree that Your use of the Service is at Your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of Malaysia, We strictly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, in connection with the Service. IN NO EVENT WILL WE, OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, including loss of profit, loss of data, clinical errors, or other damages arising from Your use of the Service, even if We have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, Our total liability to You for any cause whatsoever will at all times be limited to the lesser of the amount paid, if any, by You to Us during the six (6) month period prior to the cause of action arising, or One Thousand Ringgit Malaysia (RM 1,000.00).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless (including Our subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, partners, and employees) from and against any loss, damage, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and expenses, made by any third party due to or arising out of:
Your use of the Service;
Any breach of these Legal Terms;
Any clinical or medical malpractice claims arising from Your patient management;
Your violation of the rights of a third party, including intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right, at Your expense, to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter for which You are required to indemnify Us.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
Governing Law
These Legal Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of Malaysia.
Binding Arbitration
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Legal Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be settled by arbitration in accordance with the Rules for Arbitration of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The number of arbitrators shall be one (1). The language of the proceedings shall be English.
Restrictions
The Parties agree that any arbitration shall be limited to the Dispute between the Parties individually. There is no right or authority for any Dispute to be arbitrated on a class-action basis. Any Disputes seeking to enforce or protect intellectual property rights, or claims for injunctive relief, may be brought directly to the competent courts of Malaysia.
